We run a simple zonal delivery charge process based on the distance and time it takes to reach your location. This takes into account the costs for drivers being in heavily urban areas where deliveries will take longer and also routes with tolls.
We charge per each delivery vehicle with 1 driver
This covers delivery of all standard weight items
All heavy items or two man deliveries will incur an extra crewing charge
All Monday to Friday deliveries in London will be subject to a peak delivery charge
Setup Charges Explained
Our delivery team are standard delivery drivers who will provide your equipment and can answer basic questions about it. Certain items such as dancefloors, chair covers, giant love letters and photobooths include setup in the price.
If you require the equipment to be setup for you please purchase the necessary setup package
Basic Setup - For DIY Packages, uplighters and basic event equipment that our drivers can setup for you
Advanced Setup - For large band equipment, several lights or PA equipment requiring a qualified event technician or involves heavy lifting.
All deliveries are made between 9am - 4pm
You will be given a 2 hour delivery window on the Thursday before your event
Add on Premium Delivery to guarantee you a 1 hour delivery slot that is pre bookable for only £30
Please note we do not deliver or collect dry hire goods on Sunday, these will be delivered Saturday & collected Monday
