Why we need a Damage Deposit?
We want all our products to be in the best condition so you the customer don’t have any problems, by holding a simple £50 in our accounts this incentives customers to look after the goods and return them in good condition. It also protects us if something has been broken or not looked after.
When do I get it back?
As soon as you return your hire or we collect it we will carry out a full inspection and test at our warehouse. This usually takes 1-2 days for all returns to be tested from a weekend then we authorise the bank to return your deposit which can take up to 14 days to show up in your account.
